Shipping Information


Shipping Time


1. On average processing takes 1-2 business days and delivery takes up to 5 business days. In total that is up to 7 business days from the time we receive payment until it arrives at your shipping destination.

Often times the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 5 business days from the time we process your order, however we reserve the right to take up to 7 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process. Rest assured, we make every attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Please note, we are unable to send express shipping or speed up your order in any way. If you need your painting before the 7 business days, then we recommend you not to place your order.

2. All paintings are Shipped via UPS Express.

Shipping Fees


1. PRICES FOR STATES INSIDE EUROPEAN UNION ARE VAT INCLUDED there are not additional fees. PRICES FOR STATES OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION ARE TAX FREE (no vat), a further import tax could be added by your state

2. In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (Very Rare). This is the buyer's responsibility.



Returns Information



***Unacceptable reasons for a return: colors of the paintings are darker/lighter than pictured, paintings had minor color differences from the picture, painting do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different painting.***

1. Should you receive the incorrect painting, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.

2. Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.

3. Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we may look into it, we will always accomodate your needs to the best of our abilities.

4. We do offer exchanges in the case where you need to pick another painting.

5. If you would like to return your painting and receive a refund, please login to your account and fill out a Return Request (RMA). Once we receive your return request we will provide you with further intructions.

If you do not include your RMA number we may not be able to accpet the parcel or issue a refund. More over, we only accept returns from United States Postal Service (USPS). If you use another courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL etc) we may not be able to accept your return and it will be sent back to you.
