shipping cost depends about the destination you can easily check it scrolling the window near the sunglass photo we always prefer to be 100% honest and clear with our customers and show them the shipping cost before they add items in cart. there are no further cost for european union states probably there are further import tax for states outside european union SHIPPING TIME If the sunglasses are inside our stores 1-5 working days inside Europe 4-7 working days outside Europe If the sunglasses are not inside our stores about 7-15 working days it could happens that a sunglass is not ready in factory so it takes 2 weeks or 1 month we will write inside your account extimated times to you, if times are too long we will refund you 100% money back Months of December and August usually have very big late from factories due to the huge demand of the market and factories winter or summer holidays. RETURNS you can return your sunglass just for the following reasons. 1 the item is different (color or model) 2 the item is damaged * VERY IMPORTANT ! * if the pack arrives to you damaged DON'T OPEN IT ask courrier to return it to us so we can refund you 100% money back or send you a new one at your choice .. otherwise if you accept to retire and open a damaged pack we can't refund you. 3 the item is missed (if you don't receive the sunglasses within "20 working days" from shipping we will send you money back) allow us to call courrier and be shure that the pack is lost .. sometimes could happens that a courrier don't find the customer at home thank you.
